Each day is a full day's charge, including the days you check in and pick up your pet.
You may check in and pick up your pet at any time during regular office hours.

Summers and holidays are our busiest times, so planning ahead is required. We recommend booking your reservation 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure a place for your pet during peak seasons. Cancellation of a reservation must be at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
